September 12: Alpine, Texas
“Preserve, Protect and Defend”
Annual Meeting for the Davis Mountains Trans-Pecos Heritage Association – Sul Ross State University. Joan will make a brief presentation on the responsibility of every citizen to get involved in the political process.
October 1: Marfa, Texas
Joan will make a presentation on the Constitutional basis for Private Property Rights on October 1, at the noon luncheon of the Cattlewomen’s Association. The luncheon will be held at Cochinal (107 1/2 W. San Antonio St. in Marfa).
October 22-24: Beaumont, Texas
Joan and Steve will be at the Golden Triangle Writer’s Guild (GTWG) Conference in Beaumont. We’ll keep you informed as we get more details. In the meantime, if you live in the Beaumont area, check into this conference. It’s always a great one.
December 4: Alpine, Texas
Joan will speak about Private Property Rights at the High Country Cattle Workshop at Sul Ross State University. The event is sponsored by the Texas Ag Extension Agents at the Sul Ross Range Animal Science Building.
